We are new Window world customers. My fiance called and had an estimate for a whole house window replacement on March 7th. A few days later an older gentleman (Bob) came out to take measurments and help us pick out our new replacement windows. Bob was a great guy, we enjoyed having him. Bob notified us of a second appointment for more accurate measurements to come and that the whole process would take 6-8 weeks to compete. A short while later a second gentleman came to get a more accurate measurement. While he was here, he noticed a potential problem with the front bay window. He made a few phone calls and then told us that a supervisor would have to come out for a Third. A day or two later one of the owners, Patrick, came to triple check things and to make sure the installation was going to be smooth. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about their product and the process.
Everything up until this point was great! No issues. Finally, on May 13th the window installers (Alan and Eric)came to install our Windows. (They did a FANTASTIC JOB! They look amazing)When they arrived they noticed an issue with the measurements and found that even after 3 different measurements were taken, they still wrote down and ordered the wrong windows for almost the whole front of the house and we were told additional 4-6 weeks were needed for manufacturing and installation.
Ok, so we are frustrated but very understanding. We understand people make mistakes and things happen but they did nothing, so far on their end to "make it right" In fact, we were told by the office (Jackie) yesterday and to expect a call today from Amy who I understand to be in charge, of ordering the widows but no call... Jackie also said that she sent an email to a district manager to have this order expedited but no response as of yet.
All that being said, This is an amazing company that does great work. So, I will consider changing my rating to 5 stars depending on how the next couple days go.
We are not expecting miracles. however, I think that a good company should always "right their wrongs" but we have seen very minimum effort on this. I'm not familiar with the window manufacturing processes but I think that it is a very reasonable expectation to have these window installed in no longer than 2 weeks.
**Update May 15th** - We were contacted first thing this morning and was given a reasonable installation date within a reasonable time period(2 weeks). :)..We have not heard from regional as of yet. We are guessing tomorrow.

** Update May 29th** - Eric and Alan installed the remaining 4 windows on the front of the house and they look Amazing as well!! I changed my review to 5 stars. I would recommend Windows World to anyone. This a great company, you won't be sorry!
